Lucy Group is seeking a Sales Support Engineer to back our external Sales Teams with technical proposals and tenders for customers in the Electrical Utilities market. You will interpret customer requirements, review specifications and prepare quotations guided by the sales team.

The role may involve UK travel and close collaboration with Operations, Technical, Marketing and Logistics to deliver best-in-class service. A relevant electrical engineering qualification is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE in Maths, English and a Science or ICT subject.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Experience of quoting capital equipment worldwide including working from engineering drawings or schematics would be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Assist Sales Teams with tender preparation and administration.
• Prepare customer quotations and tenders from pre-configured products and bespoke solutions.
• Coordinate internally with Operations, Technical, Marketing, Quality, Logistics, Finance and Customer Services to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain and hand over contracts to Customer Services/Contract Management.
• Support UK Distributors and follow up on open tenders.
