• Experience quoting capital equipment worldwide from engineering drawings/technical specs would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Teams with tender preparation, administration and contract handover.
• Gather data and assist with return actions; communicate customer requirements internally.
• Manage customer order handover to Customer Services/Contract Management.
• Follow up open tenders and support UK Distributors.
• Provide L1 technical query support via phone or email.
• Maintain Tender procedures, templates and tender documentation; operate CRM system.
