Job summary

Lucy Group is seeking a proactive Sales Support/Tendering Assistant to assist the external sales team with tender preparation, quotations, and customer communications. The role involves review of specifications, coordinating inputs from Operations, Technical, Marketing, and Logistics, and supporting international tender activity where required.

You will work closely with the Sales Channel Heads, maintain CRM records, and help ensure best-in-class customer service across enquiries, quotations and

Qualifications

• GCSE in Maths, English and a Science or ICT subject.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Experience of quoting capital equipment worldwide including working from engineering drawings, electrical schematics or reading from technical specifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tender preparation and administration.
• Coordinate data gathering and return actions for sales tenders.
• Communicate customer requirements internally and with UK distributors.
• Maintain tender procedures, templates and documentation and operate the CRM system.
