Job summary

The position offers £38,270.09 per year plus £864/week on the on‑call rota, 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and employer pension contributions up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Experience with 18th Edition wiring regulations or equivalent time served.
• Proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification; AM2 preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs, and installations across domestic and commercial properties.
• Maintaining and fault‑finding on electrical and mechanical systems, including boiler controls, pumps, communal lighting, hot water systems, and HVAC units.
• Completing rewiring, testing, and inspections to ensure systems are safe and compliant.
• Diagnosing issues quickly and delivering high‑quality, efficient repairs.
• Managing materials, recording work accurately, and working safely in line with regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring homes are safe and fit for purpose.
