Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an Electrical Technician to maintain and repair electrical systems across site infrastructure at Bournville (UK). You will fault-find, service and test equipment including emergency lighting, LV systems, motors and drives, and support on electrical installations.

The role requires strong fault-finding skills, knowledge of 18th Edition regulations, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled engineering background required.
• 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations knowledge.
• Ability to read and sketch technical drawings and literature.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, test and repair electrical equipment supporting site infrastructure.
• Carry out basic electrical installations as required.
• Log downtime and report root causes.
• Work closely with managers and client teams.
