Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Technical Services Manager – Electrical to lead the delivery of critical electrical and hard facilities services at a major site in Kirkcaldy, Fife. The role focuses on ownership of building services within a safety-critical environment, driving reliability, safety, and operational performance.

The candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership, commercial awareness and ability to engage clients, contractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Recognised electrical qualifications and/or fully qualified electrician status.
• Minimum five years' post-qualification experience in a comparable technical services or contract management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering teams to deliver safe, efficient service.
• Oversee maintenance of critical electrical infrastructure (HV/LV).
• Manage PPM, reactive maintenance and lifecycle replacement programmes.
• Ensure compliance with Safety and technical standards and documentation.
