Job summary

EQUANS is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager - Electrical at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) and focuses on delivering Electrical and Hard Services under the NHS Fife contract, with strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.

You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensure safety and compliance, and manage financial planning, KPIs, and reporting to stakeholders within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication and financial management skills.
• Proven experience in overseeing hard services delivery to contractual standards.
• Proficient in administrative tasks and software (Microsoft Word, Excel, CAFM Systems).
• HNC/HND in Electrical discipline or equivalent; recognised electrical qualifications and/or fully qualified electrician.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Electrical and Hard Services under NHS Fife contract.
• Lead authorised person and competent person resources.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate procurement, supply chain performance and safety compliance.
• Produce contract performance and energy management reports.
• Manage HR activities including performance reviews and development plans.
