Job summary

300 North Limited is recruiting a Technical Services Manager - Electrical for a major NHS healthcare contract in Kirkcaldy. You will lead electrical operations, oversee maintenance, compliance and lifecycle projects, and ensure critical systems stay safe and operational.

With responsibility for budgets, staffing and supplier performance, you’ll drive safe systems and deliver regular performance reporting to the client, while championing health, safety and environmental standards across the

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent electrical qualification.
• Recognised electrical qualifications and/or fully qualified Electrician status.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
• Experience delivering electrical/hard services to contractual requirements.
• Strong leadership and people-management capability.
• Understanding of budgets and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical workforce to meet contractual requirements and service standards.
• Oversee planned, reactive and lifecycle maintenance activities with safe recording.
• Maintain critical electrical systems and minimise asset downtime.
• Manage electrical resources across HV and LV systems.
• Lead AP/CP arrangements and Safe Systems of Work procedures.
• Coordinate CAFM, asset registers and maintenance scheduling.
• Oversee external contractors and supply chain performance.
• Provide regular performance updates and reports to client.
• Lead HR activities including performance reviews and development planning.
