Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Technical Services Manager (Electrical bias) to lead Electrical/Hard Services at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. You will manage SLAs/KPIs, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant operations within a NHS Fife contract.

The role requires 5+ years' experience, HNC/HND in Electrical, and Full UK driving licence; PVG checks may apply. You’ll drive cost control, asset protection, and a robust safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Electrical discipline or equivalent.
• Recognised electrical qualifications or fully qualified Electrician.
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a similar contract role.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical/Hard Services delivery to contract standards.
• Manage Planned and Reactive maintenance and audits.
• Oversee safety, compliance and COSHH/Permit to Work processes.
• Act as principal client contact and provide regular reports.
