Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Technical Services Manager (Electrical bias) to lead Electrical/Hard Services at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. You will manage SLAs/KPIs, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant operations within a NHS Fife contract.
The role requires 5+ years' experience, HNC/HND in Electrical, and Full UK driving licence; PVG checks may apply. You’ll drive cost control, asset protection, and a robust safety culture across the site.

An experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee the delivery of Electrical and Hard Services on our NHS Fife contract. You will be responsible for managing contractual requirements, ensuring service levels (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met while maintaining critical system integrity and minimising downtime.
This leadership role requires strong operational, financial, and technical oversight of electrical resources — including HV, LV, and electrical systems — alongside the management of planned, reactive, and lifecycle maintenance activities. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, external contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant services within a complex healthcare environment.
