EQUANS is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager - Electrical at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) and focuses on delivering Electrical and Hard Services under the NHS Fife contract, with strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.

You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensure safety and compliance, and manage financial planning, KPIs, and reporting to stakeholders within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, communication and financial management skills.
  • Proven experience in overseeing hard services delivery to contractual standards.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and software (Microsoft Word, Excel, CAFM Systems).
  • HNC/HND in Electrical discipline or equivalent; recognised electrical qualifications and/or fully qualified electrician.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery of Electrical and Hard Services under NHS Fife contract.
  • Lead authorised person and competent person resources.
  • Manage planned and reactive maintenance and lifecycle activities.
  • Coordinate procurement, supply chain performance and safety compliance.

Equans is looking for Technical Services Manager - Electrical bias to join our team at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. This is a full time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.Flexible working hours between 7am and 5pm.An experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee the delivery of Electrical and Hard Services on our NHS Fife contract. You will be responsible for managing contractual requirements, ensuring service levels (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met while maintaining critical system integrity and minimising downtime.This leadership role requires strong operational, financial, and technical oversight of electrical resources — including HV, LV, and electrical systems — alongside the management of planned, reactive, and lifecycle maintenance activities.
