Reporting directly to the Deputy Estates Manager (Core), this is a critical leadership role, ensuring statutory compliance, operational excellence, and the highest standard of engineering services.
You'll oversee both in-house and subcontracted teams, manage high-voltage/low-voltage systems, support PFI contract compliance, and serve as a key point of contact for the NHS Trust.
