Are you an experienced Electrical Manager with a strong background in healthcare facilities maintenance? A leading FM Service Provider is seeking an Electrical Manager to oversee electrical operations at a busy NHS hospital site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organisation known for excellence in healthcare facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of electrical engineers to ensure delivery of high standards across the estate.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs and servicing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards, NHS requirements and Health & Safety regulations.
• Carry out inspections, audits, and ensure all statutory and legislative requirements are met.
• Act as the lead on electrical issues, including High Voltage (HV) works - authorisation and isolation knowledge essential.
• Liaise with hospital staff, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and minimise downtime.
• Provide reports, updates and performance data to senior management.
  
  

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Engineering.
• Strong knowledge and experience with High Voltage (HV) systems.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within FM or building services.
• Experience working in a healthcare or hospital environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of compliance and health & safety regulations.
