Job summary

Selwood Limited is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of mobile electricians from our Stoke branch, delivering safe and compliant electrical services across our mobile teams.

You will drive productivity, maintain high standards, and ensure deadlines are met while upholding health and safety policies. This role requires an ECS Gold card Electrician and a proactive, organised leader with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the branch network.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise electrical work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, prioritise and schedule work and resources to maximise productivity, ensuring safe and compliant delivery of electrical services.
• Lead and manage a team of NVQ Level 3 qualified mobile electricians with development and performance management.
• Own and manage a key contract, ensuring outstanding service and timely resolution of issues.
• Communicate important information through team meetings, briefings and company systems.
• Address customer and internal issues professionally to achieve best possible outcomes.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of electrical installations and services.
• Implement and enforce quality, health, safety and environmental policies and safe working practices.
• Complete administration and records for control of work within the department.
