Job summary

Selwood Limited in the Birmingham area is seeking a Mobile Electrician to join our expanding electrical division. You will install, maintain, service and repair electrical and mechanical pump equipment between branches and customer sites across the south region, operating safely, professionally and efficiently.

The role includes a 40-hour week Mon-Fri with on-call rota (1 in 6). Essential: JIB Electrician and ECS Gold card; driving licence; 18th edition preferred.

Qualifications

• Essential: JIB Qualified Electrician and ECS Gold card or ability to obtain.
• 18th edition preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, service and repair electrical/mechanical pump sets.
• Work across branches and customer sites in the south region, safely and efficiently.
• Produce reports and estimates for repairs and advise on safety matters.
• Keep work areas and vehicles clean and compliant with regulations.
• Follow Risk Assessments and Method Statements and communicate with managers and customers.
• Be self-driven and able to manage own workload and call-outs, including 1 in 6 weeks on call.
