Job summary

Cmsol is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to manage a team of around 10 electricians and trainees in a social housing repairs setting near Bishops Stortford. You will train staff, provide technical guidance, and maintain strong daily relationships with the client and the team.

Regular communication with NICEIC is required to ensure continued compliance with rules for enrolment. A 47k package including a van and extensive benefits is on offer, with interview and start ASAP.

Qualifications

This large housing maintenance specialist is looking for an experienced electrical supervisor with recent previous experience in a similar role, to manage a team of around 10 electricians and trainees. The main responsibilities will be to train new staff, technically support the experienced electricians and relationship building with the team and client on an on-going daily basis. You will also be required to have regular communication with the NICEIC to ensure the company complies with all their respective rules for continued enrolment.

Qualifications Required

18th edition, Level 3 or equivalent, ideally a current or previous testing qualification.
