Job summary

Progroup Recruitment Limited is helping a growing fire and electrical specialist to find an Electrical Supervisor. Based in the South West with flexibility to travel across the UK, you will oversee fire alarm and emergency lighting installations, manage onsite teams of 6-8 electricians, and ensure programmes are delivered safely and to high standards.

The role offers long-term career progression, accommodation when staying away, and a generous annual bonus up to 50% of salary.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified electrician with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supervising electrical installation projects is essential.
• Knowledge of fire alarms and/or emergency lighting is desirable.
• Social housing experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fire alarm and emergency lighting installation projects.
• Oversee subcontractors and site-based electrical teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on programme.
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and site teams throughout delivery.
