Job summary

United Living Group in the UK is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical installation, maintenance and fault-finding across water and wastewater sites. You will manage a team of electricians and contractors, plan daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely and to spec.

This role requires NVQ3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition, 2391, CSCS/ECS, SSSTS, JIB Gold, Water Hygiene/Blue Card and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent.
• CSCS/ECS card.
• SSSTS card.
• JIB Gold card.
• Water Hygiene / EUSR Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians, technicians and contractors on installation and maintenance tasks.
• Plan daily tasks and allocate resources to optimise workflow.
• Ensure work complies with BS7671, WIMES and safety standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Diagnose electrical, control, and automation faults with root-cause analysis.
• Support capital and refurbishment projects and review designs.
• Maintain up-to-date electrical drawings and asset records.
