Job summary

Jonta M&E is seeking a Working Electrical Supervisor for a permanent role in Salisbury, close to Hampshire and surrounding towns. You will supervise and deliver small to medium electrical installation works on an MOD site, while remaining hands-on as needed.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30, with BPSS clearance to start and escorted until SC clearance is obtained. Package includes salary, van, fuel card, pension, and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition qualification is required.
• Level 3 Electrical qualification is required.
• 2391 Inspection & Testing desirable.
• SSSTS and/or ECS Black Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and carrying out small to medium electrical installation works.
• Completing minor quotations and assisting with pricing of works.
• Carrying out site inductions and coordinating subcontractors on site.
• Ordering materials and ensuring required resources are available.
• Working hands-on alongside the team when required and ensuring works are completed safely and to the required standard.

Job description

Working Electrical Supervisor required on a permanent basis in Salisbury, close to Hampshire, Amesbury, Andover, Tidworth, Romsey, and Winchester. The successful candidate will be working on an MOD site, responsible for supervising and delivering small to medium electrical installation works while remaining hands‑on when required.

This is a Monday to Friday position working 08:00–16:30, with no requirement for overtime. BPSS clearance is required to start on site, with candidates remaining escorted until SC clearance has been obtained.

• Previous experience supervising electrical installation works, with the ability to remain hands‑on when required.
