Job summary

Antac Support Services in the South West is seeking an Electrical Qualified Supervisor for a full-time, permanent role. You will lead a team of around 20 electricians and apprentices, conduct site visits and inspections, and review electrical certificates to ensure compliance with current standards.

The position offers progression from hands-on electrical work into leadership, with responsibilities including safety audits, toolbox talks, and recording all documentation using electrical reporting

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of electricians and apprentices.
• Reviewing and signing off EICs, EICRs and minor electrical works.
• Auditing works against BS 7671.
• Managing MoD site duties 3 days/week.
• Carrying out safety audits and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Qualifying Supervisor duties across MoD sites 3 days per week.
• Reviewing, validating and signing off EICs, EICRs and minor electrical works.
• Auditing completed works against BS 7671 to ensure quality and compliance.
• Leading and supervising a team of approximately 20 electricians and apprentices.
• Conducting monthly review meetings and regular one-to-ones with the electrical team.
• Overseeing small installations, maintenance and repairs of electrical systems.
• Carrying out safety audits, inspections, risk assessments and toolbox talks.

We're looking for an Electrical Qualified Supervisor to join our team in the South West on a full time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for reviewing electrical certificates including EICR's, EIC's and minor works as well as conducting site visits and inspections to ensure all installations meet current standards.

• Conducting monthly review meetings and regular one to ones with the electrical team
• Overseeing small installations, maintenance and repairs of electrical systems
• Carrying out safety audits, inspections, risk assessments and toolbox talks
• Ensuring all electrical documentation and certification is accurately completed and recorded using electrical reporting software
