Job summary

Broadwood Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee site electrical projects from inception to completion. This on-site role requires strong leadership, effective communication with clients and contractors, and the ability to manage schedules and safety on diverse sites.

The ideal candidate will have ECS Gold card and relevant electrical qualifications, with a track record of running site-based projects and delivering work on time and to scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to run site-based electrical projects.
• Strong time-management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement work schedules for electrical staff and supervise on-site work.
• Multi-task between supervisory and hands-on responsibilities.
• Inspect and assess work completed by staff.
• Read and interpret drawings for proper electrical installations.
• Troubleshoot major system faults and equipment failures.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Consult with customers and contractors where necessary.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities for our Electrical Supervisor:

• Implementation of work schedules for electrical staff
• Ability to multi-task as this role includes both working and supervisory aspects of the job
• Providing motivation and assistancewhen necessary
• Inspectingand assessing work completed by the electrical staff
• Reading and interpreting drawings to ensure proper installation of electrical systems
• Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions
• Ensuring work is completed on schedule
• Consultation with customers and contractors where necessary
• Adherenceto Health & Safety procedures

Essential Skills and Experience Required for our Electrical Supervisor:

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, overtime available
