Job summary
ABB Ltd is seeking a technically minded engineer to support the Sales organisation and its customers in selecting the most suitable and cost-effective solutions. You will be a key technical resource in earthing and lightning, cable protection, wire and cable management, and connectivity, working hybrid from Coventry.
You will train, prepare technical descriptions, and help external sales teams with customer enquiries, ensuring high-quality technical support across ABB Electrification's UK
Qualifications
- Degree or HNC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with a proven track record in providing technical solutions.
- Excellent command of English.
- UK driving licence valid.
Responsibilities
- Offer technical advice and comment on enquiry specifications for customers and sales teams.
- Provide technical support during meetings, product presentations and negotiations.
- Perform analytics to determine the most suitable technical solutions for customer needs.
- Deliver product and solution training and validate technical articles for publication.
- Share expertise in earthing, lightning, cable protection, and wire and cable management.
