Job summary

Electrical Site Manager in Manchester to deliver the electrical package on a major new build residential development. You will manage electrical installation works, supervise site teams, coordinate with other M&E trades and monitor programme, quality and safety throughout the project.

Ideal candidates have a strong building services background, can read electrical drawings, and hold SMSTS with ECS/JIB or equivalent qualifications.

Qualifications

Experience as Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor.
Background in building services / M&E.
Experience on large-scale residential or similar developments.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
Strong health & safety knowledge and site procedures.

Responsibilities

Managing electrical installation works and subcontractors.
Supervising site teams and labour.
Coordinating electrical works with other M&E trades and wider construction team.
Monitoring programme, progress and quality.
Reviewing drawings, specifications and RAMS.
Liaising with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors and main contractor.
Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained.
Attending site meetings and providing progress updates.
Assisting with commissioning, snagging and handover.
