Job summary

Bridgeman Recruitment Services are recruiting experienced M&E Site Managers for a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor delivering large-scale residential schemes across Central Manchester. The role involves managing day-to-day M&E works, ensuring safety, programme and quality, from mobilisation to handover.

Applicants should have proven M&E site management experience on large projects, a strong M&E background, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors and trades.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as M&E Site Manager/Supervisor on large construction projects.
• Strong mechanical and electrical background.
• Experience on large residential developments is highly desirable.
• Experience managing M&E subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.
• Solid understanding of construction programmes, drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to drive site progress and activities forward.

Job description

Bridgeman Recruitment Services are currently recruiting experienced M&E Site Managers for a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor, delivering large-scale residential schemes across Central Manchester.

I am looking to speak with experienced supervisors or Site Managers with a strong M&E background who can take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from site mobilisation through to completion.

The Role

As an M&E Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day M&E works on large residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as an M&E Site Manager / M&E Supervisor on large construction projects.


• Strong Mechanical & Electrical background.


• Previous experience on large residential developments is highly desirable.


• Experience managing M&E subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.


• Strong understanding of construction programmes, drawings and specifications.


• Good communication and organisational skills.


• Ability to manage site activities and drive projects forward.


• Relevant SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are preferred.
