Job summary

Our client, a leading M&E subcontractor, is seeking an Electrical Site Manager to support the delivery of projects across Wiltshire. You will oversee electrical installations on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating with the Project Manager and delivery team.

The role requires proven site management experience, strong communication skills and relevant safety qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager in Building Services or M&E.
• Experience leading electrical installations on commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work (preferred).
• ECS card (advantageous).

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading M&E subcontractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK, is looking to appoint an Electrical Site Manager to support the successful delivery of projects throughout Wiltshire.

The Role

As Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Working alongside the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities and maintain strong relationships with the client and other trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all electrical installation activities on site.
• Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with programme requirements.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors and direct labour.
• Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Attend site progress and coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor progress and resolve site issues.
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
• Liaise with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager within the Building Services or M&E sector.
• Strong background managing electrical installations on commercial or industrial projects.
• Ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
