Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major construction project in Northamptonshire on a 6-month contract. On-site role overseeing electrical installation works, ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence.

You will coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors, manage RAMS and permit systems, and report progress to Project Managers. A valid CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS certification, plus strong leadership and communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as an Electrical Supervisor on large construction, commercial, industrial, or M&E projects.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations and site supervision.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors and direct labour.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive approach to health, safety, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Supervising electrical installation works across the project.

Electrical Supervisor

Northamptonshire | 6-Month Contract | £290-£320 per Day | CIS or PAYE

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major construction project in Northamptonshire on an initial 6-month contract basis.

Working with a leading contractor, you will play a key role in overseeing electrical installation works on a large-scale project, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and programme deadlines.

The Role

As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating electrical installation teams on site, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity targets are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising electrical installation works across the project.
