Job summary

PSR Solutions in Thetford is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to supervise electrical installation works on site and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across East Anglia. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site records and liaising with the client and trades for smooth project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have proven M&E site management experience, a valid CSCS card, and SMSTS/SSSTS certification.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager within Building Services or M&E.
• Strong background managing electrical installations on commercial or industrial projects.
• Ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Valid CSCS card.
• First Aid at Work preferred.
• ECS card advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all electrical installation activities on site.
• Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with programme requirements.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors and direct labour.
• Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Attend site progress and coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor progress and resolve site issues.
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
• Liaise with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

Rate: Up to £350 per day (CIS or PAYE)

Our client, a leading M&E subcontractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK, is looking to appoint an Electrical Site Manager to support the successful delivery of projects throughout East Anglia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of work, offering a competitive day rate and the chance to work on technically challenging projects.

The Role

As Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Working alongside the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities and maintain strong relationships with the client and other trades.
