We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Manager will coordinate all site activities, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Duties

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure that work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and any delays are addressed promptly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and incident logs.
• Implement health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Utilise Civil 3D software for planning and design purposes as required.
