• Experience in Critical Services Projects needed.
• Stable CV and previous management experience in similar roles.

• Manage and oversee projects from start to completion.
• Deal with sub-contractors and ensure QA for electrical packages.
• Produce RAMS and progress reports.

Duties

• Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager
• Attendance of meetings on-site
• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
• Responsible for Dealing with sub - contractors
• Responsible for QA works for the electrical packages
• Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client
• Overseeing electrical installation, UPS Upgrades

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
• Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred
• Has experience Commercial, Data Centre or Critical Services Projects
• Previous experience as a Electrical Site/Construction Manager
• Stable CV
• Must have a good understanding of Critical Services Environment
