Job Description

In this role, you will manage all site elements of projects for King & Moffatt, ensuring the achievement of full project deliverables.

What you would do:

1. Ensure site delivery and compliance with EHSQ standards, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE, etc.
2. Ensure all relevant permits are obtained.
3. Coordinate plant hire, tools, and labour on site.
4. Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
5. Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
6. Execute commissioning and close-out plans.
7. Ensure the completion of snag lists.
8. Deliver on labour tracker.
9. Participate in internal planning meetings.
10. Manage external correspondence related to projects.
11. Order daily site materials.
12. Update progress reports.
13. Maintain the K&M Document Management System.
14. Develop project-specific schedules.
15. Communicate project changes to the team.
16. Monitor and report on project quality.
17. Oversee testing, certification, and handover processes.
18. Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures.

Qualifications

1. Qualified Electrician
2. Previous experience as a Site Manager or similar role
3. SMSTS or SSSTS certification
4. Experience leading and managing teams
5. Project management experience is a plus
6. Computer literacy with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Up-to-date manual handling and safe pass certifications
