Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Site Assessor - Electrical to join the Apprenticeships team at our Slough & Langley campus on a full-time, permanent basis. The role combines on-site mentoring with travel across the region to support electrical apprentices through visits and workplace assessments.

You'll manage a caseload, deliver skills coaching, and guide learners toward gateway success while maintaining strong links with partner employers.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring electrical apprentices.
• Ability to coach and assess in workplace environments.
• Strong organisation to manage a caseload and travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of electrical apprentices and provide coaching.
• Carry out visits and formative workplace assessments to progress towards gateway.
• Maintain strong relationships with employers and coordinate travel for site visits.
