Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a dynamic Electrical Apprenticeship Programme Lead to manage, oversee, and elevate our Electrical Apprenticeship provision at our Slough & Langley campus.
As Programme Lead, you will take operational ownership of the Electrical apprenticeship provision throughout the entire learner journey. You will lead a dedicated delivery team, maintain strong employer and stakeholder relationships, and ensure our curriculum aligns directly with industry standards. Additionally, you will directly train, coach, and assess a caseload of apprentices to prepare them for successful End-Point Assessment (EPA / AM2S).
