Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions in London is seeking an Electrical Shift Engineer for a large commercial building at Liverpool Street. The role is electrically biased (C&G/NVQ) and requires carrying out electrical maintenance across landlord areas.

You will work on a continental shift pattern with 4 nights on/off and 07:00–19:00/19:00–07:00. The package includes up to £55,800 per year, HV training, uniform and tools, cycle to work, 20 days holiday, pension and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification with C&G/NVQ; 18th edition required.
• Experience in large commercial building maintenance.
• Ability to provide trade certificates on request.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance across landlord areas of a high-rise commercial building.
• Maintain lighting, emergency lighting and power distribution systems.
• Monitor and service BMS and air handling units as required.
• Escort specialist subcontractors and report faults promptly.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
