Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions has a position for an Electrical Shift Engineer in a commercial building at Charing Cross, London. The role requires electrical bias with C&G/NVQ and 6 on/6 off days and nights, 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00 shifts, in a hands-on maintenance team.

The package includes £50,000 per annum, uniform and tools, cycle to work, 22 days holiday, pension, and progression opportunities. Candidates must hold relevant trade certificates and 18th edition.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified level 3 or mechanically qualified level 2 (C&G, NVQ).
• 18th edition (if electrically qualified).
• Experience in a large commercial building.
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance and monitor building services.
• Work with on-site maintenance team and subcontractors.
• Respond to faults, identify issues, and report as required.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and service levels.
