Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Electrical Shift Engineer for a London Bridge site in a corporate FM environment. 4 on 4 off with day and night shifts, salary up to £54,000 plus overtime and training opportunities.

You will perform PPMs and reactive building maintenance, be multi-skilled, and work within a team of engineers to service a high-profile facility.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2/3 (Required).
• 18th Edition (Desirable).
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled with good communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lighting (small installations, fault-finding, lamping).
• Emergency lighting tests.
• Control panels work and ballast changes.
• BMS system monitoring (hot & cold).
• Maintain and update log books.

Electrical Shift Engineer - Days & Night Shift - FM Service Provider - London Bridge - Up to £54,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in London Bridge has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer to be based in London Bridge, to be based in a highly corporate environment. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance, working within a shift team of 4 engineers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £54,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• 4 on, 4 off
• 7am - 7pm - Days
• 7pm - 7am - Nights

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (small installations, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
