CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking an Electrical Day Shift Engineer for a hospital site near Southampton. Join an established building services team to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, working with senior engineers to ensure smooth operations.

The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance, lighting, BMS monitoring, and coordinating subcontractors on a two-week shift pattern (06:00–20:00, 4 days on/3 off then 3 on/4 off).

Qualifikationen

• Electrical qualifications to C&G/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations knowledge.
• Demonstrated track record in commercial building maintenance.

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance on site.
• Lightings: fault finding, lamping, ballast replacement, power distribution.
• Emergency lighting testing and AHU/FCU maintenance.

Day Shift Engineer - FM Service Provider - Healthcare Environment - Southampton - £43k

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based near Southampton has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Day Shift Engineer to be based in a small hospital site. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site, working closely with a senior member of the team and the team on site.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have experience in building maintenance mainly including M&E. In return, the company is offering a salary of up to £43,000, overtime, plenty of further training and a potential route into further career progression. This is a shift role working a 2 week rolling pattern covering 06:00 - 20:00 4 days on / 3 days off / 3 days on / 4 days off.

• Keep logbooks updated and attend client meetings when require

The ideal candidate will have :

• Electrically qualified to C&G / NVQ Level 3
• Recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
