CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Oxford is seeking a Day Shift Engineer to join a healthcare environment, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on site and working closely with the on‑site maintenance team.

The role involves electrical and mechanical tasks, lighting work, AHU/FCU care, water temperature checks, and monitoring BMS systems, with supervision of subcontractors and opportunities for progression.

Responsabilidades

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance
• Lighting: small installs, fault finding, lamping, ballast replacement, power distribution
• Emergency lighting testing
• Maintain AHUs and FCUs (filter changes, cleaning)
• Water temp checks (no chemical dosing)
• Monitor BMS systems and report irregularities
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
• Keep logbooks updated and attend client meetings when require

Day Shift Engineer – FM Service Provider - Healthcare Environment – Oxford - £43,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Oxford has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Day Shift Engineer to be based in a healthcare building in Oxford. He or she or they will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site, working closely with a senior member of the team and the team on site.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have some experience in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a salary of up to £43,000, overtime, plenty of further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance
• Lighting: small installs, fault finding, lamping, ballast replacement, power distribution

Requirements

• Electrically or Mechanically qualified
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
