Job summary

Invictus Recruitment is looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician or Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large site in Norfolk NR4.

You will perform PPM and reactive electrical maintenance in a modern commercial environment, with rotating 7.5 hour shifts (days and nights) and a basic salary around £52,000 plus shift allowance.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Proven experience in a commercial building maintenance environment.
• Excellent fault-finding skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services equipment.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systems.
• Work alongside mechanical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.

Salary:£52,000 per annum (basic salary plus shift allowance)
Shifts: 7.5hr rotating shift pattern, days and nights

About the Role

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician or Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large site in Norfolk NR4.

You’ll be part of a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Electrician (Shift)

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services equipment.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systems.
