Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Westminster – 4on 4off days ONLY - up to £44,500 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a large corporate building in Westminster. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance tasks in a commercial setting, ideal for candidates with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and building services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lighting installation, fault-finding, lamping
• Emergency lighting testing
• Control panels maintenance
• Changing ballast
• BMS system monitoring (hot & cold)
• All aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Log book maintenance and updates

Hours & Package:

• Salary: Up to £44,500
• Shift: 4 days on, 4 days off, 07:00 – 19:00
• Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays
• Uniform provided

Requirements:

• Electrically qualified – City and Guilds Level 2 & 3
• Full vaccination (Essential)
• Ability to pass or hold a current DBS check (Essential)
• Trade certificates documentation
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled with good communication skills
• Client-facing experience
