Role Description

Looking to power up your career? We're on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Electrical Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Ladbroke Grove branch of Lords Builders Merchants.

This is a hands-on, sales-driven role where you'll be the first point of contact for both trade and retail customers — responding to enquiries via phone, email, and over the counter. You’ll take orders, provide quotes, manage stock levels, and ensure product placement is on point.

Hours: 7am-5pm Mon-Fri, 7am-12pm alternate Saturdays

Holiday: 23 days per year plus Bank Holidays

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in electrical sales or a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical products (technical knowledge a plus)
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and drive results
• Experience with stock management and placing orders
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for great service
• Confidence in liaising with clients and presenting new product developments
