adi Electrical Compliance Sales Coordinator

Location – Kings Norton, Birmingham

About the Role

As an Electrical Sales Coordinator, you will manage our small to medium quote portfolio and enhance our customer care operations. This role is crucial in converting opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and following up on quotes under £4,500
  • Converting opportunities through proactive follow-up and relationship-building
  • Supporting the core sales team with quote preparation and administrative tasks

Customer Care:

  • Conducting regular check-in calls with existing clients
  • Managing the renewal process for existing clients
  • Handling client queries and coordinating with technical teams
  • Maintaining client satisfaction through proactive communication
  • Supporting the implementation of customer feedback systems

Administrative Support (20%):

  • Assisting with quote preparation and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records in Pipedrive CRM
  • Generating sales reports and analytics as required
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery
