Job summary

Kier Group plc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead EICA delivery under the United Utilities AMP8 Framework in the North West, near Blackburn, with around 45 hours per week and some flexible hours.

You will oversee electrical design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover for water and wastewater assets, ensuring right-first-time delivery in a regulated environment. The role requires UK water sector experience, strong technical knowledge of electrical

Qualifications

Experience as an Electrical Project Manager delivering EICA works in UK water/AMP frameworks.
Strong understanding of LV distribution, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, drives and PLC/SCADA interfaces.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical and EICA work packages for LV distribution, MCCs, switchgear, transformers and related equipment.
Review electrical design information, specifications, drawings and calculations for safety and compliance.
Manage procurement and subcontract packages including tender evaluation and delivery assurance.
Lead electrical shutdowns, isolation, temporary supply, energisation and cutover planning for live assets.
Coordinate with commissioning teams to plan and execute inspection, pre-commissioning, testing and handover.
