Kier Group in the North West of England is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join its UU Water Framework team. You’ll lead delivery of electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation works across water assets, ensuring safety, quality and on-time handover.

You’ll manage design review, procurement, contractor oversight and commissioning support, coordinating with United Utilities and supply chain partners to deliver right-first-time project outcomes on AMP8 programme.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering electrical works on capital projects.
• UK water sector AMP framework experience.
• Strong understanding of LV distribution, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, drives.
• CDM Regulations, risk assessment, permits and health & safety knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical and EICA work packages (LV distribution, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, drives, cabling, PLC/SCADA).
• Review electrical design information for safety, buildability, and compliance.
• Manage procurement and subcontract packages, including tender evaluation and supplier performance.
• Lead electrical shutdowns, isolation, energisation and cut-over planning for live assets.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams for inspection, testing and handover.
