Job summary

Future Build Recruitment is seeking two experienced Project Managers to lead electrical, fire detection and fire suppression packages across live projects in London and the South East. You will coordinate client expectations, subcontractors and internal teams to drive projects from mobilisation through to handover.

The role focuses on delivering critical infrastructure, with an emphasis on data centres and mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical, fire detection and fire suppression packages.
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning to handover.
• Experience with data centres or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong subcontractor and supplier management.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Overseeing electrical, fire detection and fire suppression installations.
• Managing subcontractors, engineers and specialist suppliers.
• Coordinating project programmes, resources and site activities.
• Managing project budgets, costs and commercial performance.
• Liaising directly with clients, consultants and principal contractors.
• Monitoring progress against programme and identifying potential delays.
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and relevant standards.
• Managing project documentation, RAMS, variations and progress reporting.
• Coordinating testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Supporting procurement and ensuring materials and equipment are available when required.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
