Job summary

DT Source Limited is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for a major data centre project in Harlow. You will lead electrical fit-out packages, coordinate with the mechanical team, and drive programme delivery from design through to handover.

The role requires a strong electrical background, data centre or mission-critical project experience, and hands-on leadership of subcontractors and site teams on complex, high-availability environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical or MEP Project Manager.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience required.
• Strong electrical background with fit-out package delivery.
• Experience managing subcontractors and project programmes.
• SMSTS and CSCS Management Card are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical and MEP packages through to completion.
• Drive electrical fit-out works in white-space/data halls.
• Oversee programme sequencing and progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Interface between electrical and mechanical packages.
