RGB seeks an Electrical Project Manager for a permanent position in Devon, based from the company’s office and covering sites between Exeter and Plymouth. You will oversee a varied portfolio of electrical schemes across education, healthcare and commercial sectors, including new-build and refurbishment projects.

• 5+ years' experience in Electrical Project Management within MandE/building services.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical building services installations.
• Experience delivering projects safely, on budget and to specification in contracting environments.

Responsabilidades

• Managing electrical projects from pre-construction to final handover.
• Overseeing pre-construction design activities and reviewing technical information.
• Checking electrical design drawings and conducting value engineering and cost efficiencies.
• Attending client, progress and design team meetings with updates and issue resolution.
• Managing contract programmes to meet timescales and reporting progress to clients.
• Procurement management of plant, materials and equipment per specs and cost plans.
• Managing subcontractors to meet quality, programme and commercial expectations.
• Monitoring project costs and maintaining financial control throughout lifecycle.
• Costing variations and ensuring proper management and approval.
• Coordinating installation activities with site teams to maintain progress.
• Overseeing testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
