Job summary

RGB in Exeter seeks a permanent Technical Coordinator to support technical managers across residential schemes in the South West. Office-based with regular site travel, the role progresses toward running own sites and delivering high‑quality homes.

Experience in residential schemes, strong organisation, communication and IT skills are essential. You will liaise with contractors and consultants and help manage engineering and working drawing packages from design to post‑completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role (technical coordinator or design coordinator) is essential.
• Experience in the house building sector.
• Strong technical knowledge with good understanding of planning processes.
• Familiarity with section 104 and 38 agreements.
• Able to support on large sites and communicate with contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technical managers to progress residential schemes.
• Assist with managing engineering and working drawing packages.
• Support project delivery from design to post-completion.
• Liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure deadlines.
