RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager based from a Devon office, overseeing projects across Devon (Exeter to Plymouth). The role covers education, healthcare, and commercial sectors, including new-build and refurbishment work.

You will manage projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring safety, efficiency and profitability while maintaining strong client and supply chain relationships.

Formación

• 5+ years in electrical PM within the M&E/building services sector.
• Strong understanding of electrical building services installations.
• Experience managing budgets, costs and variations.
• Experience with education, healthcare or commercial sectors.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and contract docs.
• Experience producing and managing project programmes using Asta Powerproject and/or MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Oversee pre-construction design activities and review technical information.
• Check electrical design drawings and cost/VE opportunities.
• Attend client, progress and design meetings and report progress.
• Manage and monitor contract programmes and timescales.
• Procure plant, materials and subcontractors per specs and cost plans.
• Monitor project costs and manage variations to budget.
• Coordinate installation activities with site teams and ensure safe delivery.
