Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects in Devon, ranging from £200k to £4m across Education, Healthcare, MOD and Commercial sectors. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary of £50,000 to £65,000, plus vehicle or allowance, pension, holiday and bonus.

The role requires proven experience in electrical contracting, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager within the commercial sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
• Electrical trade background with a solid understanding of installation and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills.
• Stable career history with recognised contractors and a track record of successful project delivery.
