Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Projects Manager (Electrical) based in Radstock to lead multiple electrical projects from £50k up to £500k. The role is mainly office-based with occasional site visits across the southwest, managing project delivery from pre-start to completion and ensuring on-time, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager in the electrical sector and be willing to commute to the Radstock

Are you a Project Manager looking to progress into a Contracts Manager role, with the autonomy to run your own projects, take full ownership of major contracts and play a key role in shaping a growing electrical contractor?

Established over 25 years ago, this local electrical contractor has grown to having over 1,000 clients within the residential and commercial sectors. From changing a light bulb to multi-million pound contractors, no two days will be the same and having continuous growth they are looking for their next Contracts Manager.

This role is mainly to office based however occasion site and client visits within the southwest should be expected. This will see you managing several projects at a time, overseeing projects from pre-start through to completion with responsibilities including managing and scheduling site teams and labour whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high standards.

This role would suit an Electrical Contracts Manager or similar looking to join at the top of an established electrical contractors where you can even buy shares in the company to progress.

The Role:

• Manage multiple electrical projects (typically from £50k to £500k)

• Oversee projects from pre-start through to completion
• Attend client and site meetings

• Monday – Friday (7:30m-5pm)
• Company Vehicle for site visits

The Person:

• Experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager
• Willing to commute to office in Radstock and site visits in the southwest
